近日,,河南省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院動物免疫學(xué)重點實驗室周川杰,、劉運超等在國際知名期刊Journal of Virology發(fā)表了題為“HSPA5 promotes attachment and internalization of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus through interaction with the Spike protein and the endo-/lysosomal pathway”的研究論文。該研究揭示了70kDa熱休克蛋白5(Heat shock protein family A member 5,,HSPA5)作為豬流行性腹瀉病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, PEDV)刺突蛋白(spike,,S)的宿主因子,參與病毒的附著,、內(nèi)化和內(nèi)體/溶酶體途徑,。
